At Pinpatch, we believe your data belongs to you. Our architecture is built on Privacy by Design and Edge Computing principles. We do not track who you are, what you watch, or where you are. All core operations happen directly on your device, ensuring a surveillance-free user experience.

2. What We Don't Collect (Zero-Data Commitment)

We have engineered our App to function without knowing your identity.

• No Accounts: No registration, social logins, or profiles.
• No Identity Tracking: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or hardware identifiers (such as IMEI or IDFA).
• No Search History: Your public camera views and map interactions are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers.

3. Minimal Device Permissions (User-Controlled)

Pinpatch requests permissions only when explicitly triggered by you. You can revoke them at any time via your device settings.

4. Third-Party Streams & Analytics

• Public Camera Feeds: Pinpatch aggregates legally accessible, public live streams. We do not own, control, or record these external feeds. Your connection to these streams is direct and ephemeral.
• Performance Analytics: We use privacy-first analytics tools to monitor app crashes and latency. All data is strictly anonymized and aggregated at the country level. We do not share data with big-tech advertising networks.

5. Data Security & Global Compliance

• Local Clearing: All session data, temporary caches, and interaction logs are automatically wiped from your device's memory when you close the App.
• Regulatory Compliance: Our "Zero-Knowledge" infrastructure naturally aligns with GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD. Since we do not hold your personal data, data portability or deletion requests are inherently fulfilled by the app's local-only architecture.
